Welcome to Ovyra Fragrances. By using our website, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

 

1. GENERAL

These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, customers, and users of Ovyra Fragrances.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these terms at any time without prior notice.

 

2. PRODUCTS

All perfumes sold by Ovyra Fragrances are inspired fragrances and are not original designer brand products.

Product images may slightly differ from the actual product due to lighting, packaging updates, or screen settings.

We try our best to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing.

 

3. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Prices may change without notice.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are subject to confirmation.

 

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery time usually ranges from 3–7 working days, depending on location.

Delays caused by courier companies, weather, or public holidays are beyond our control.

Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Ovyra Fragrances is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect details.

 

5. RETURN & EXCHANGE

Returns and exchanges are allowed only within 15 days of delivery.

Products must be nearly unused (minimum 95% quantity intact) and in original packaging.

Customers can request either a refund or replacement (exchange) after verification.

For damaged or wrong items, complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Once approved, processing will be completed within 7 working days.

In case of company fault (damaged/wrong item), return/exchange shipping cost will be covered by us.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

6. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can only be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

 

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All logos, images, product names, designs, and content used by Ovyra Fragrances are the property of the brand and may not be copied or reused without permission.

 

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Ovyra Fragrances is not responsible for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities caused by fragrance products. Customers are advised to perform a patch test before regular use.

We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages related to the use of our products.

 

9. PRIVACY

Customer information is kept secure and is only used for order processing and communication.

We do not sell or share customer data with third parties except delivery partners when required.
