Exchange Policy

At Ovyra Fragrances, we care about your experience and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your perfumes, you may request an exchange under the conditions below.

 

Eligibility for Exchange:

Exchange requests must be made within 15 days after receiving your order.

The product should be nearly unused (minimum 95% quantity intact).

Item must be returned in its original box and packaging without damage.

Shipping & Charges:

Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs.

If the item arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, we will handle all shipping expenses.

Products on sale or discounted items cannot be exchanged.
